Our introduction :-

We are exporter and manufacturer of CO2 Gas Tank (both horizontal as well as vertical), CO2 Recovery Plant, CO2 Production Plant and, CO2 transport tanks, Liquid CO2 Gas storage tanks at cheap cost. The tanks are either PUF insulated or Vacuum insulated as per customer’s requirement.

CO2 Gas Tank volumes are from 5 M3 to 500 M3 Total Storage, as well as Refrigerated for liquid CO2 storage. The tanks are designed as per ASME Sec. VIII Div.1, ASME Sec. VIII Div.2 and BS 5500 codes. We have executed storage facility including Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Instrumentation and Electrical.

We undertake the Project Execution on LSTK / EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction & Commissioning) basis.

Design & Fabrication

We carry out Mechanical Design Calculations and prepare the Fabrication Drawings. The capacity of these tanks range from 5m3 to 500m3 as per customer’s requirement. We undertake complete Design, Material Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Inspection, Testing & Commissioning of CO2 Gas Tank and CO2 Gas Storage Tanks.

CO2 PRODUCTION PLANT

CO2 production plants are used to recover CO2 arising from flue gases from boilers, generators and other processes. The basic object of these CO2 recovery plants is to trap this CO2 and them purify and liquefy the same for further use.

LIQUID CO2 STORAGE TANK

We are manufacturer and exporters also Liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks. Carbon Dioxide Storage tanks used for storage of liquid CO2. These tanks are Equipped with safety fittings, valves, and other accessories as per CCOE norms. The tanks are available in various sizes like 3kl to 100kl etc. A 150 to 200 mm thick puf Insulation is provided on tank to prevent Evaporation of liquid.

CO2 Gas Storage Tanks are Puf Insulated with of 200mm with 20 gauge aluminium sheet barrier or vacuum insulated tanks. Liquid Carbon Di-oxide transfer pump with piping for loading and unloading of Liquid Carbon Dioxide from plants to customer storage tanks pressure temperature indicators process piping valves and fittings Differential pressure liquid level indicator to indicate liquid level in mm WC. We are providing safety valves with isolation or diverter valve as an essential tank for safety.

LIQUID CO2 TRANSPORT TANK

Liquid carbon dioxide transport tank used for transportation of liquid CO2 from one place to other. These tanks are equipped with safety fittings, unloading pump, valves, and other accessories as per norms. Tanks are available in various sizes like 13kl, 18kl etc. A 200 mm thick PUF insulation is provided on tank to prevent evaporation of liquid.
Liquid Carbon di-oxide is transported from liquefaction plants to customer storage installations in large quantities through insulted transport tank system in low Pressure form. It mainly contains insulated coded vessels, similar to storage vessel with dimensions to suit particular vehicle model.

All the valves, safety fittings, liquid transfer pumps and other instruments are housed inside of a lockable back cabin. The necessary approval and documentation is provided including mounting arrangement to get statutory approval. What is CO2?

CO2 gas under pressure has excellent cleaning properties. It is safe to work with and reaches the smallest structures due to very low surface tension. CO2 is an odourless gas at the atmospheric pressure. If you increase the pressure the gas will turn into a clear liquid. The surface tension and viscosity is orders of scales lower than water and organic solvents.
